丹红注射液对于急性冠脉综合征患者Vaspin水平的影响

目的观察丹红注射液治疗前后急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清Vaspin水平变化,探讨丹红注射液对其血清Vaspin的影响。方法收集ACS患者89例,根据诊断标准分为ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STMEI)、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死(NSTMEI)及不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)三组,并选取同期29例ACS患者作为对照组。所选患者均进行常规ACS治疗,STMEI、NSTMEI及UAP组均在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液治疗,各组治疗前后抽血检测血清Vaspin水平。结果治疗后STEMI组、NSTEMI组及UAP组血清Vaspin水平均高于治疗前(P0.05);治疗后3 d四组Vaspin水平呈先升高后降低趋势,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后7 d UAP组Vaspin水平高于STEMI组、NSTEMI组和对照组(P0.05);治疗后14 d NSTEMI组、UAP组Vaspin水平均显著高于STEMI组和对照组(P0.05)。结论丹红注射液可以有效改善ACS患者血清Vaspin水平,且其治疗效果与治疗前血清Vaspin水平相关。

The influence of Danhong injection on Vaspin level in patients with acute coronary syndrome.

Objective To observe the changes in serum levels of Vaspin before and after treatment with Danhong injection in ACS pa- tients, and to discuss the effect of Danhong injection on serum level of Vaspin. Methods A total of 89 cases with ACS were divided into STMEI, NSTMEI and UAP groups according to diagnostic criteria, and 29 patients with ACS in the same period were allocated as control group. All patients were treated with conventional treatment for ACS, patients in STMEI, NSTMEI and UAP groups were treated with additional Danhong injection. Serum levels of Vaspin in patients of these groups were examined before and after treatment, Results The increase in serum level of Vaspin in STEMI, NSTEMI and UAP groups after treatment was statistically significant than that of pre - treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In 3 d after treatment, pa- tients in all groups showed a rising trend after the first reduction, and the difference between these groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In 7 d after treatment, serum level of Vaspin in UAP group was higher than that of STEMI, NSTEMI and control groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In 14 d af- ter treatment, the serum level of Vaspin in UAP and NSTEMI groups was significantly higher than that of STEMI group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Danhong injection can effectively improve serum level of Vaspin in patients with ACS, and its effect is closely related with the serum level of Vaspin before treatment.
