| 摘 要： | 目的：调查全国5地区临床应用药品供应短缺情况，分析短缺原因以及解决的办法。方法：采用问卷调查方法，对5地区16家三级甲等医院药品供应短缺情况进行调查。结果：临床药品短缺是药品生产企业、药品流通企业、医院与不当的招标政策共同作用的结果。药品短缺影响特殊疾病的治疗及治疗的科学性。结论：必须运用价格等经济杠杆，并辅之以必要的行政管理手段解决药品短缺现象。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the reasons of the shortage of medicines in 16 hospitals from 5 different regions and find out the solutions.Methods:Situation of shortage of medicines was investigated using questionnaires.Results:The shortage of medicines concerned drug manufacturers,drug supply companies,hospitals and inappropriate policy of drug bidding.It hindered the treatment of some special diseases and the scientific nature of the treatment.Conclusion:Some economic actions and policy must be used to solve t... |
