羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

目的比较逆行胬肉切除＋丝裂霉素C与联合羊摸移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法筛选双眼胬肉大小形态近似者29例，以自身左右眼为对照，随机选择1眼行胬肉切除＋丝裂霉素C（A组），在此基础上另眼联合羊膜移植术（B组）。随访5～30月，平均18月，观察术后角膜愈合、角膜缘新生血管及球结膜是否有薄层胬肉样组织增生。结果A组有3例复发，复发率10．34％；B组仅1例复发，复发率3．45％．2组术后复发率在统计学上无显著差异。2组术后外观有差异，羊膜移植组无新生血管生长及瘢痕组织增生现象。结论羊膜移植可有效抑制翼状胬肉复发，值得推广。

Clinical observation of amniotic membrance transplantation for ptergium mitomycin C

Objective To compare the clinical effect of amniotic membrance transplantation as an adjunctive therapy after removal of pterygium with mitomycin C intraoperative application.Methods Twenty-nine patients with symmetry pterygium in both eyes were randomly treated with excision and mitomycin C intraoperative application(A group),then the other eye followed by amniotic membrance graft(B group).The result was compared between two eyes of each patient.Patients were followed for at least 5 months,and the average follow up period was 18 months.Results There were three recurrences(10.34%)in A group,only one recurrence(3.45%)in B group.There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between two groups (P>0.05).The outlook improvement in ocular was difference in two groups.There was no subconjunctival neovascularization and scar in the amniotic membrance transplantation group.Conclusion Amniotic membrance transplantation was effective in preventing pterygium recurrence,and can be preferred over primary pterygium.
