阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血清内脂素水平的影响

目的探究阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血清内脂素水平的影响。方法将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),同期选择无脑血管病患者40例为正常组,比较观察组与正常组的血清内脂素水平,探讨该指标对急性脑梗死的危险因素;对观察组和对照组患者分别行阿托伐他汀联合常规治疗和常规治疗,比较两组患者血清内脂素水平。结果观察组内脂素水平明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Logistic回归分析显示血清内脂素水平是急性脑梗死发病的危险因素;观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀可有效降低血清内脂素水平,有良好的治疗效果。

Effect of Atorvastatin on Serum Visfatin Levels in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the effect of atorvastatin on serum visfatin level of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40),40 patients without cerebrovascular disease of the same period were chosen as normal group,serum visfatin level of the observation group and normal group were compared to discuss the risk factor of the indicator of acute cerebral infarction;the observation group and the control group were given atorvastatin combined with conventional treatment and conventional therapy respectively,serum visfatin level of the two groups were compared.Results The visfatin levels of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the normal group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum visfatin level is a risk factor for acute cerebral infarction.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Atorvastatin can effectively reduce the serum visfatin levels with good therapeutic effect.
