早期运用热毒宁治疗呼吸道感染引起的轮状病毒腹泻的疗效研究

摘    要:目的探讨早期运用热毒宁治疗呼吸道感染引起的轮状病毒腹泻的治疗效果及临床意义。方法将我院2010年1月~2011年10月82例呼吸道感染引起的轮状病毒腹泻患者随机分为观察组和对照组:对照组41例患者给予对症补液、纠正水电解质平衡、肠黏膜保护剂治疗;观察组41例患者在常规对症治疗基础上,早期给予热毒宁注射液治疗。分析比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者1周后腹泻总体有效率明显优于对照组。差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患者重型腹泻、各系统并发症低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论早期运用热毒宁治疗呼吸道感染引起的轮状病毒腹泻能有效缓解急性期症状,预防病毒感染引起的相关并发症.具有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective Study the treatment and clinical significance of early use Reduning treating of rotavirus diarrhea caused by respiratory infections.Methods Since January 2010 to October 2011,82 cases of rotavirus diarrhea caused by respiratory infections were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,control group 41 patients were given symptomatic rehydration to correct fluid and electrolyte balance,and mucosal protective agent treatment,the observation group of 41 patients on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment given early Reduning injection therapy.Analysis the clinical outcomes of two groups.Results The observation group one week after the diarrhea overall efficiency than the control group(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.The observation group severe diarrhea,various complications less than the control group(P < 0.05) difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Early use Reduning treatment rotavirus diarrhea caused by respiratory infectionscan effectively relieve the symptoms of the acute phase,prevention of virus infection-related complications,which ha mportant clinical significance.
