| 摘 要： | 目的:分析富阳市2010年5月-2011年6月对手足口病检测情况。方法:应用荧光定量PCR对手足口病病原体进行检测。结果:116例手足口病患者肠道病毒阳性94例,阳性率81.0%;EV71型阳性48例,阳性率41.4%;CoxA16型阳性26例,阳性率22.4%。结论:我市手足口病发病年龄以0岁～3岁婴幼儿患病为主,其流行肠道病毒EV71型为主,CoxA16型为次是成为富阳市手足口病的主要病原体。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the detection situation of hand,foot and mouth disease in Fuyang from May 2010 to June 2011.Methods: Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect the pathogens of hand,foot and mouth disease.Results: Among the 116 HFMD patients,94 cases were found enterovirus positive(81.0%),48 cases were found EV71 positive(41.4%) and 26 cases were found CoxA positive(22.4%).Conclusion: Hand,foot and mouth disease mainly occurred in children aged 0～3 years old in Fuyang city,with EV71 type as the dominant pathogen,followed by CoxA16. |
