眼科学新教学模式的实践与分析

摘    要:目的探索眼科学新教学模式在临床教学中应用的可行性及效果。方法在湖北民族学院医学院2004级五年制临床医学专业84名学生的眼科学习中,随机分为两组:实验组42例给予新教学模式CBL(clinic—basedlearning)进行眼科教学;对照组42例给予传统教学模式进行眼科教学。采用问卷调查、理论及实践操作考试作为评价标准对两种教学方法的结果进行评价。结果CBL教学模式组与传统教学模式组理论考试的成绩差异无统计学意义(P=0.379);CBL教学模式组与传统教学模式组操作考试成绩差异有统计学意义(P=0.010)。结论CBL教学模式得到学生的认可,而且能达到预期的教学目的。

Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of the ophthalmology new educational model in clinical teaching application.Methods Eighty-four five-year-program students on clinical medicine of Medical College of Hubei Institute for Nationalities at the stage of studying ophthalmology were including in this study.These students were divided into two groups randomly.42 students in the experimental group,who given the new educational model CBL during the ophthalmology teaching;42 students in the control group,who given the traditional educational model during the ophthalmology teaching.The questionnaire survey,the theory and the practice operation test were used to evaluate the results of two kinds of teaching method.Results The contrast of the grades of the theory test between two kinds of teaching method had no statistic difference(P=0.379);The contrast of the grades of the practice operation test between two kinds of teaching method had statistic difference(P=0.010).Conclusion The educational model(CBL) obtains students’s approval,and it can achieve the anticipated educative purpose.
