脉压水平对高血压性脑梗死患者预后的影响

目的探讨高血压病脉压水平对急性脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法对174例高血压性脑梗死患者资料进行回顾性分析,根据脉压情况将174例患者分为A、B、C、D4组,对照分析高血压性脑梗死患者的脉压水平与临床表现、急性缺血损害程度、好转率与死亡的关系。结果高血压性脑梗死患者的脉压高对预后的不良影响是高血压性脑梗死的主要死因。结论脉压水平的高低可作为评估急性脑梗死病变程度、范围和预后的重要指标。

AFFECT OF PULSE PRESSURE LEVEL ON THE PROGNOSIS OF PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION CEREBRAL INFARCTION

Objective To explore the affect of pulse pressure level on the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction in patients with hypertension. Methods 174 cases with hypertension cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively and randomly divided into four groups based on pulse pressure level. The relationship between the pulse pressure level in the patients with hypertension cerebral infarction and the clinical features, the degree of acute cerebral ischemic damage, improvement rate, death rate were controlled. Results Higher pulse pressure level had harmful affect on the prognosis and was also one of the main death factors in patients with hypertension cerebral infarction. Conclusion Pulse pressure level can be regarded as an important index for evaluating the extent and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
