| 摘 要： | 目的 分析小油桐叶甲醇提取物对福寿螺的毒性.方法 采用不同浓度的小油桐叶的甲醇提取物处理福寿螺幼螺、成螺和螺卵,测定不同处理时间后的杀螺效果.结果 小油桐叶的甲醇提取物在较低浓度下对福寿螺幼螺即有较好的浸杀作用,浓度75 mg/L以上3 d死亡率达100%.该提取物对福寿螺成螺及卵也有一定的毒性.结论 小油桐叶具有开发制备抗福寿螺绿色农药的潜在价值,其抗螺机制还有待进一步研究.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal activities of methanol extract of Jatropha curcas leaves against Ampullaria gigas. Methods Young snails, adult snails and eggs of Ampullaria gigas were treated with the methanol extract of J. curcas leaves at different doses for different time lengths and the molluscicidal effects of the extract were evaluated.
