抗震救灾医疗队员心理健康的研究

目的探讨抗震救灾部队医疗队员个性成熟度对心理健康相关因素的影响。方法某部队医院抗震救灾医疗队的65名队员为研究对象，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）和个性成熟度测试量表进行调查，对测试结果进行相关分析。结果研究对象的焦虑检出率为26．92％，与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；抑郁检出率为21．15％，与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义（P〈O．01）。个性欠成熟的人员较容易发生焦虑和抑郁。结论在执行抗震救灾中，部分医疗队员存在较明显的焦虑抑郁情绪，管理人员必须关注医疗队员的心理承受能力，注重心理疏导和干预，减轻队员的心理压力和冲突，进而避免意外事件的发生。个性成熟的救灾医疗队员有良好的环境适应能力，在完成任务中会表现得情绪稳定、处理泰然。出发前作相关筛选和心理疏导工作，对完成任务有积极意义。
