补肾养肝与祛痰泄浊法联合西药治疗原发性高血压随机平行对照研究

目的]观察补肾养肝与祛痰泄浊法联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表分为两组,对照组40例西医常规治疗,治疗组40例补肾养肝与化痰祛痰泄浊(生地30g,黄芩、山萸肉各20g,当归15g,钩藤25g,白芍、怀牛膝、杜仲、天麻各15g,丹参30g,泽泻20g,焦大黄8g,夏枯草15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3周为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、心率、心电图、血生化(血钾、血钠)、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效26例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组显效23例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率85.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);血压两组均显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]补肾养肝与祛痰泄浊法联合西药治疗原发性高血压疗效满意。

Tonifying Kidney and Nourishing Liver and Removing Phlegm Turbidity Method Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Primary Hypertension Randomized Parallel Controlled Study

Objective] To observe tonifying kidney and nourishing liver and removing phlegm turbidity method combined with western medicine in treatment of primary hypertension.Methods] Random parallel control method,80 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,treatment group 40 cases of tonifying kidney and nourishing liver and resolving phlegm and eliminating phlegm turbidity(Shengdi 30g,Huangqi,Shanyurou each 20g,Danggui 15g,Gouteng,white peony root,on 25g,with Achyranthes bidentata,eucommia,Gastrodia every 15g,30g salvia,Alisma 25g,Baishao,Huai Niun,Duzhong,Tianma each 15g) 1\'day,water simmer in water 300mL,sooner or later oral.Western medicine and control group.Continuous treatment for 3 weeks for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,heart rate,electrocardiogram,blood biochemical(potassium,sodium),adverse reaction.Continuous 3 courses of treatment,the curative effect.Results] The treatment group 26 cases,effective in 12 cases,2 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 95%.The control group 23 cases,effective in 9 cases,8 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 85%.The effect of the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05);Blood pressure in the 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),the treatment group than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion]Tonifying kidney and nourishing liver and removing phlegm turbidity method combined with western medicine in treatment of primary hypertension with.
