心肺复苏后伴多器官功能障碍患者的临床分析

目的 探讨有关心肺复苏(CPR)后多脏器功能衰竭(MODS)的原因与复苏后死亡的关系，以提高心肺复苏的成功率。方法 43例用多参数监护仪明确心脏骤停，采取胸外按压、除颤，气管插管及复苏后综合治疗。结果 心肺复苏成功32例，心肺脑复苏成功15例，复苏后发生多脏器功能衰竭28例。出院8例，死亡35例。死亡主要与原发病、年龄大、器官衰竭数目相关。结论 心肺复苏后仍须进一步生命支持和针对原发病的治疗。

Progonstic factors associated with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and multiple organ dysfuntion in 43 cases

Objective Discussing the connection between the reason of the Multiple Organs dysfuntion (MODS) and the death after the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), in order to improve the success ratio of the CPR cure.Methods 43 cases have been used to do the research, monitoring heart's dead stop with ECG or more parameter electrocardiographic monitor, then pressing the chest outside, defibrillation, endotracheal intubation and the complex treatment after the resuscitation.Results 32 cases are success of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR). The success of the Cardiac-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation(CPCR) are 15 cases, Eight people have recovered and left hospital. There are 28 patienrs with CPRand MODS, The death mainly connects with the primary affection, the old age and the number of organ crocked up.Conclusion Patient still should be carried out life support further and cured for its the primary affection after the CPR.
