| 摘 要： | 为阐明单一抗ＨＢｃ（＋）血清的阳性滴度与病毒血症的关系，以ＰＣＲ检测了１５８例病人的２４７份血清，６０例（３８．０％）检出ＨＢＶＤＮＡ。原血清和１：１０、１：２５、１：１００、１：２５０、１：１０００稀释血清，ＥＩＡ检测抗ＨＢｃ（＋）者的ＨＢＶＤＮＡ检出率分别为０、５０．０％、４４．４％、６２．７％、８５．７％和１００％，表明阳性滴度与传染性一致，但不存在界限值。

| Abstract: | The aim of the study was to elucidate the infectivity of
sole anti-HBc positive sera. Totle 247 sera of157 individuals with exclusive anti-HBc positive
were tested with polymerase chain reaction , and the hep- atitis B virus DNA was detected in 60
(38.0%)of them. The titers of the antibody were determined withenzyme immunoassay. The
detections of HBV DNA in sera with titers of 1,1: 10,1: 25,1 : 100,1:250,and 1 :1000 were0,
50.0%, 44.4%, 67%,85.7%and 100%respectively, demonstrating a closecorrelation between
them,Howeve,there were no cut off indicating the infectivity. |
