人脑星形细胞瘤环氧化酶-2的表达及与细胞增殖凋亡的关系

摘    要:目的:检测人脑星形细胞瘤环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2, COX-2)表达,探讨COX-2与肿瘤恶性程度、细胞增殖活性及凋亡程度的关系.方法:采用免疫组化方法检测星形细胞瘤组织中COX-2及增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen, PCNA)、Mcl-1癌基因的表达情况.结果: 68例星形细胞瘤组织COX-2的表达阳性率为61.8%,COX-2的表达强度和病理分级呈正相关(χ2=14.24, P<0.01).COX-2与Mcl-1、PCNA蛋白表达均呈正相关性.结论:COX-2蛋白在星形细胞瘤过度表达与病理分级及细胞增殖、凋亡关密切相关.

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression of cyclooxynenase 2(COX-2) in human astrocytoma and the relationships of COX-2 expression level with the malignant degree,cell proliferative activity and apoptosis of the tumors.Methods:The expression of COX-2 and that of PCNA,Mcl-1 in the astrocytoma were studied with S-P immunohistochemical staining.Results:The positive expression of COX-2 in human gliomas of 68 cases was 61.8%,which was related with the histological grade of tumor.The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with PCNA and Mcl-1(P<0.01).Conclusion:The overexpression of COX-2 in human astrocytoma may play a crucial role in pathologic grade,cell proliferation and apoptosis in human astrocytoma.
