南岳云雾茶中微量元素与氨基酸含量的测定

摘    要:采用AAS6000型原子吸收分光光度计和LC98-IAAA型氨基酸分析仪对南岳云雾茶中微量元素与氨基酸的种类和含量进行测定,并探讨其生理意义。结果表明,南岳云雾茶中含有9种微量元素和13种氨基酸,具有极为重要的营养、保健、防病、治病的作用。

Abstract:The content of trace elements and amino acids was measured by AAS6000 atomic absorption spectrometry and LC98-IAAA and it's physiological significance was discussed.The results indicated that 9 kinds of trace element and 13 kinds of amino acid were identified in Nanyue cloud and mist tea,it is most important for people to keeping healthy,prevent and treat diseases.
