| 摘 要： | 1984年作者采用间接血凝试验(IHA)和环卵沉淀反应(COP)的综合查病方法,在武汉市郊区基本消灭血吸虫病地区进行诊断价值的考核。对曾经用常规粪检方法检查阴性的2037人群进行两项血清学试验的调查,结果双项阳性反应者35人,阳性率1.72％。两项血清学试验的阳性率与龚检复查阳性率加上治疗后抗体滴度升高的阳性率的对比,其阳性符合率高达90.33％。研究结果提示IHA和COP在基本消灭血吸虫病地区用于诊断病人可提高检出率,是简单易行,特异性和敏感性较高的方法。

| Abstract: | A research work to assess the diagnostic value of conventional IHA test and COPT was carried out in an area with schistosomiasis basically eradicated in 1984.2037 subjects having previously negative ova or miracidia for stool examinations were tested by using these two serological methods and positive rate was 1.72 % (35/2037).A positive rate of comparison between the two serological methods and faecal examination plus increasing the degree of specific schistosome antibody after treatment showed a high agreement,i.e.,90.33 % (28/31).It is suggested that both IHA test and COPT are of value in increasing the detecting rates of patients,easy to handle and specific and sensitive enough to be employed for serodiagnosis of schistosomiasis. |
