| 摘 要： | 目的：比较维吾尔族（简称维族,下同）、汉族抑郁症患者血清甲状腺素T3、T4及TSH水平差异。方法：196例（汉族100例,维族96例）均符合抑郁发作的诊断标准患者;非抑郁症组192例（汉96例、维96例）,采用酶联免疫法检测血清T3、T4及TSH水平。结果：维、汉抑郁症的T3、T4及TSH比较均无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,但与非抑郁症比较,抑郁症组T3及T4均低于本民族的非抑郁症组（P〈0.05）。结论：两民族间抑郁症患者T3、T4无差异,但与本民族非抑郁症患者相比水平降低,无论抑郁症还是非抑郁症组两民族间TSH水平无差异。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the level of the serum thyroxine(T3,T4 and TSH) between the Han and the Uygur nationality in patients with Depression.
