| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨地震灾害中创伤合并气性坏疽的救治护理路径.方法 启用气性坏疽防治应急预案,对18例创伤合并气性坏疽病例进行有序的紧急生理和心理救护.结果 18例伤员病情均得到有效控制并逐渐好转,心理创伤得到平复,无交叉感染发生.结论 气性坏疽防治应急预案为医护人员救治灾后气性坏疽指引了方向,保证了救治气性坏疽伤员绿色生命通道的畅通.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a salvaging and nursing pathway of gas gangrene following trauma during seismic disaster.Methods The contingency plan of prevention was invocated to physically and psychologically salvage and nurse 18 sufferers having gas gangrene following trauma. Results The illness state of 18 sufferers were all effectively controlled and straightened up.The psychic trauma were pacified and no cross infections took place.Condusions Contingency plan of prevention from gas gangrene directs medical staff how to salvage gas gangrene after disaster,ensure the unblock green life passage for salvaging of patients with gas gangrene. |
