蛇胆中胆酸的分离与结构鉴定

从蛇胆中分得胆酸和牛磺胆酸,并做了化学性质和物理常数测试。实验采用胆盐和胆汁酸的薄层层析(TLC)、胆盐的柱层析、胆盐的碱水解、胆汁酸的反相分配柱层析等技术。胆酸的化学结构通过IR、MS、~1H-NMR 等物理测试证实。胆盐碱水解水相产物纸层析和 TLC表明与胆酸及其它胆汁酸结合的氨基酸为牛磺酸,蛇胆汁中胆酸的天然存在形式为牛磺胆酸。本文从分离和结构鉴定角度证实蛇胆汁的主要成分为牛磺胆酸。

Isolation and Identification of Cholic Acid from Snake Bile

The present paper reports on the isolation of cholic acid and taurocholic acid from snake bile and the demonstration of these compounds according to chemical properties and physical measurements. In order to isolate them, the TLC of bile salts and acids, the dry column chromatography of bile salts, the alcaline hydrolysis of bile salts, the reversed phase partiton column chromatography of the hydrolyzate, etc were used.. The structure of cholic acid was demonstrated by IR, MS, 1 H-NMR. The results of the paper chromatography and the TLC of water phase obtained by hydrolysis of bile salts prove that amino acid conjugated to cholic acid and other bile acids is taurine. The natural form of cholic acid in snake bile is sodium taurocholate. This paper reports for the first time in the literature at home on the isolation of cholic acid from snake bile and its structural identification.
