免疫荧光菌球法快速诊断菌痢的试验

本文采用免疫荧光菌球法检测44份痢疾病人和573份非痢疾病人粪便样品,与培养法的阳性符合率为88.29%,检出效果优于细菌培养法(P<0.01)。本法具有快速、敏感,较恃异等优点,具有一定的实用价值。

Experiments on Rapid Diagnosis of Shigellosis Using Immunofiuorescent-Ball Technic

Fourty-four samples of feces obtained from patients with bacillary dysentery and 573 from patients without bacillary dysentery were examined for immu-nofluoresence of bacterial ball and routine cultivation methods in paralle. The rate of coincidence with positive results was 88.2%. The result of the examination was satisfactory. It was found to possess the advantage of yielding rapid diagnosis, being sensitiv and relatively specific.
