不同剂量伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移疼痛疗效观察

目的观察不同剂量伊班膦酸钠对骨转移疼痛的治疗效果.方法 76例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为A、B、C组,4周为一疗程,每疗程药量A组2 mg,B组4 mg,C组6 mg,共3个疗程.分别于用药后第4,8,12周评价疗效.结果治疗后4周评价疗效,C组与A、B组差异有显著性(P<0.005,P<0.05),A、B组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05).用药第1周内,A、B、C三组中口服止痛药减少患者分别为1,3,6例.治疗后8周评价,B、C组与A组差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.005),B、C组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05).治疗后12周评价,A、B、C三组有效率分别为61.5%、88.0%和92.0%.结论高剂量伊班膦酸钠治疗骨转移疼痛,缓解更快、更持久,疗效更好.

Clinical observation of bone metastasis pain treated with sodium ibandronate at different dosages

Objective To observe the efficacy of different dosages of sodium ibandronate in treatment of bone metastasis pain.Methods Seventy six patients with malignant bone metastasis were randomly divided into 3 groups A,B and C.Four weeks constituted one treatment course,during which group A was given 2mg,group B 4 mg and group C 6 mg,and a total of 3 treatment courses were given.Evaluation was conducted after 4,8 and 12 weeks.Results Evaluation at 4 weeks found obvious difference between group C and groups A and B( P <0.005, P <0.05),but no obvious difference was seen between groups A and B( P >0.05).Within the first week,the numbers of patients who took less analgesics in groups A,B and C were 1,3 and 6 respectively.Evaluation at 8 weeks found obvious difference between groups B,C and group A( P <0.05, P <0.005),but no difference between group B and group C.Evaluation at 12 weeks found that the effective rates of groups A,B and C were 61.5%,88.0% and 92.0% respectively.Conclusion High dosage of sodium ibandronate has faster,longer and better efficacy than low dosage in treating bone metastasis pain.
