| 摘 要： | 免疫炎症损伤在肝炎、肝硬化的发生发展中扮演了重要角色。目前，许多免疫炎症因子及补体成分已成为肝病发病机制研究的热点之一。补体异常与各种导致肝硬化的常见病因，如病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、酒精性肝病等均密切相关，同时还参与了肝硬化各种并发症的发生和发展。

| Abstract: | Immune disturbance plays an important roles in the pathogenesis and development of viral hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. Many inflammatory cytokines and complement components have become highlights in this field. Abnormal complement balance has been found in many liver diseases,such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease,alcoholic liver disease and so on. We discuss some hotspots in this review. |
