参麦注射液联合吉西他滨治疗老年非小细胞肺癌生活质量分析

目的观察参麦注射液联合吉西他滨化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌生活质量的影响。方法将52例患者随机分成治疗组27例与对照组25例；对照组采用吉西他滨化疗，治疗组在吉西他滨化疗同时加用参麦注射液静脉滴注；观察临床疗效、生活质量指标、毒副反应等变化情况。结果治疗组近期疗效有效率为37．0％，临床获益率为81．5％，与对照组相比（36．0％，80．0％）差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组生活质量改善明显，KPS评分改善率44．4％，有效率为81．5％，分别显著高于对照组的16．0％和52．0％（P〈0．05，P〈0．05）；与对照组相比，治疗组可明显改善骨髓抑制的发生率。结论参麦注射液联合吉西他滨化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可减轻化疗的毒副反应，改善患者生活质量。

ShenMai injection enhance the gemcitabine treafment of elderly non-small clee lung cancer the quality of life analysis

Objective To observe the Shenmai injection combined gemcitabine chemotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer quality of life.
