消化道复合声学造影诊断小肠疾病价值探讨

摘    要:本文采用消化道复合声学造影检查患者87例,检出小肠疾病39例,并与胃镜、全消化道X线钡剂造影及病检对照结果表明:在小畅疾病的检查上,本法明显优于X线钡剂造影,与胃镜检查十二指肠疾病无明显差异,病检符合率89.5%(34/38)因此,可将本法作为小肠疾病的常规检查,以除外十二指肠疾病。

Abstract:Alimentary Canal Composite Acoustic Radiography (ACCAR) was performed in 87 cases suspected of having small intestine diseases. The results of ACCAR were compared with that from stomachoscopy, barium meal and pathology. Our study showed that ACCAR was much better than barium meal in detecting small intestine diseases, and had no significant difference with stomachoscpoy in detection of duodenal diseases. Accuracy of our study was 89.5% (34/38). We believe that ACCAR can be regarded as a routine practice in detecting small intestine diseases to exclude duodenal diseases.
