B—flow技术在淋巴结血流检测中的应用

目的阐述灰阶血流（B-flow）技术对探测淋巴结血流动态的功效并与彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）及彩色能量图显像（CDPI）比较。方法80例经手术和病理证实为肿大淋巴结患者，其中，转移瘤36例，恶性淋巴细胞瘤10例，淋巴结炎16例，以及结核18例均经B—flow，CDFI和CDPI检查。结果在80例的180枚肿大淋巴结中，CDFl和CDPI血流显示各为175枚，显示率均为97％，而B—flow血流显示180枚，显示率为100％。B—flow显示良性与恶性肿大淋巴结的血流信号有所不同。B—flow证实了被CDFl和CDPI漏诊的5例良性肿大淋巴结。结论B—flow技术探测肿大淋巴结血流动态的敏感性高于CDFI和CDPI。

Application of B-flow technique for detecting the hemodynamics of lymphonodi

Objective To elucidate the B-flow technique contributing to the detection of lymph node hemodynamics and to compare with color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） and color Doppler power imaging（CDPI）. Methods Eighty patients with surgically and pathologically proved swelling lymphonodi,who comprised 36 metastases, lO malignant lymphocytomas,16 lymphadenitis and 18 tuberculoses underwent B-flow, CDFI and CDPI examinations. Results Among 180 swelling lymphonodi of 80 cases, CDFI and CDPI respectively revealed 175 （97%） of lymphonodi＇s hemodynamics, while B-flow revealed 180（100%） of lymphonodi＇s hemodynamics. B-flow revealed the different flow signals between benign and malignant lymphonodi and demonstrated 5 cases of benign lesions which were leak-diagnosed on CDFI and CDPI. Conclusion For detecting the hemodvnamics of swelling lymphonodi. B-flow technique has higher sensitivity than CDFI or CDPI.
