CD147和MMP-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨CD147(细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子)和MMP-2(基质金属蛋白酶-2)在子宫内膜癌(EC)中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征之间的关系.方法采用免疫组化S-P法对44例子宫内膜癌、10例子宫内膜不典型增生及8例正常子宫内膜组织进行标记及分析.结果子宫内膜癌中CD147和MMP-2的表达率阳性率为79.4%(35/44)和70.5%(31/44).10例不典型增生中CD147和MMP-2的表达阳性率分别为40%(4/10)和50%(5/10),二者阳性表达均较正常子宫内膜组织为高(P＜0.05);在子宫内膜不典型增生组织中,二者的表达随着不典型增生程度的增加相应增强,差别有统计学意义.随着子宫内膜癌病理分级、临床分期及浸润深度的增加,CD147和MMP-2的表达显著增高;二者在子宫内膜癌有淋巴结转移组中的表达远高于无淋巴结转移组,差别有显著意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.01) .结论 CD147和MMP-2在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达密切相关.两者的高表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中有重要作用.提示CD147和MMP-2可作为临床诊断的指标和化学治疗的靶点.

Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and CD147 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical meaning

Objective To investigate the expressions of CD147 and MMP-2 in endometrial carcinoma and to clarify the relationship between their expression and EC clinical pathological characters.Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P methods were used to examine the expression of CD147 and MMP-2 in 44 cases of endometrial carcinoma,10 of endometrial non-special neoplasia,and 8 of normal endometrium specimens.Results The positive rates of CD147 and MMP-2 in EC were 79.4%(35/44)and 70.5%(31/44),and 40%(4/10),50%(5/10)in endometrial non-special neoplasia,both were significantly higher than those in non-cancerous specimens(P<0.05).In endometrial non-special neoplasia,the positive expressions of CD147 and MMP-2 were correspondingly higher with the grade of endometrial non-special neoplasia.Overexpression of CD147 and MMP-2 in EC were related to tumor differentiation,invasion and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rates of CD147 and MMP-2 in lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the group without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion There was positive correlation between the expressions of CD147 and MMP-2 in EC,both played important roles in the development of EC,which indicate that CD147 and MMP-2 may be markers of clinical diagnosis of EC and targets for chemopreventive strategies.
