| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体位护理对视网膜脱离（RD）行玻璃体切除联合眼内气体硅油填充术患者的影响。方法将56例视网膜脱离行玻璃体切除联合气体或硅油填充术患者随机分为体位护理组和随机护理组，对两组护理方法的护理效果进行比较研究。结果体位护理组在玻璃体切除联合眼内气体硅油填充术后并发角膜水肿、高眼压、视网膜再脱离等并发症发生方面均低于随机护理组（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论体位护理有助于减少玻璃体切除联合眼内气体硅油填充术后并发症的发生，促进视网膜复位，提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of posture nursing to retinal detachment(RD) patients undergoing vitrectomy with air or silicon oil injection.Methods 56 cases were randomly divided into two groups: posture nursing group and control group.The curative effects were compared.Results The most common complications were corneal edema,increased intraocular pressure and new perforation formation.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The posture nursing can reduce the complications of undergoing vitrectomy with air or silicon oil injection,promote retinopexy and improve the success ratio of operation. |
