摘    要:以6种栀子的干燥果实为供试材料,在对其外观形态进行观察和测量的同时,利用X-荧光光谱仪对栀子的花萼、内果皮、外果皮及种子中所含元素进行定量分析。结果显示在栀子的干燥果实中不同部位所含的微量元素种类和含量各不相同,不同品种之间也存在一定差异,而且发现外果皮中的元素种类及含量普遍高于内果皮,特别是在种子中还发现含有稀土元素La和Ti、Co、W等重金属元素。此外,还利用显微红外光谱仪对果皮及花萼中所含化学基团进行了分析,结果显示不同品种的栀子中有机官能团几乎一样。这些分析结果不仅对进行栀子药性和药理方面的研究将提供帮助,而且也为栀子的中药开发利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:X- Ray Fluorescence method was used to measure the elements content in 4 dried Gardenia fruits, including calyx, inner and outer pericarp, and seed, separately. The results showed that the elements content varies in different parts of Gardenia fruits and in different kinds of Gardenia fruits. There are more kinds of elements in outer pericarp, and the elements contents are higher than in inner pericarp. Lanthanon, along with heavy metal Ti, Co, and W were found in seeds. Furthermore, micro- infrared spectroscopy was used to develop the organic components in calyx and pericarp, and the organic components are almost the same in 6 different Gardenia. These results could be helpful for pharmacology research, and also be valuable and reliable information for develop of the Chinese herbal medicine.
