| 摘 要： | 目的：建立陆英颗粒的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别熊果酸,并应用UV测定以芦丁计总黄酮的含量。结果：TLC法专属性强,含量测定以芦丁计总黄酮在0.008～0.065mg.mL^-1呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.58%,RSD=0.34%。结论：本质量标准可有效地控制陆英颗粒的质量,且方法稳定、简便可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard of Sambucus chinensis Lindl.granules. Methods:TLC was used for simultaneous identification of arsolic acid , UV was used for the determination of all flavonoids depending on rutin. Results: The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots was clear. The linearity for all flavonoids depending on rutin was obtained over the range of 0.008~0.065mg·mL-1. The average recovery of rutin was 98.58%, RSD=0.34%. Conclusion: This quality standard was capable of effectively controlling the quality of Sambucus chinensis Lindl.granules. The method is simple quick accurate and the result of determination is good. |
