| 摘 要： | 目的探讨美托洛尔注射液在非心脏手术中应用的安全性和临床意义。方法120例ASA~级择期行非心脏外科手术病人,随机分为美托洛尔组(M组)和生理盐水对照组(C组),每组各60例,比较两组在降低血压、减慢心率、防治心肌缺血方面和术后随访病死率的情况。结果两组病人的基本情况无显著差异,与C组相比,M组可迅速降低心室率,缓解心肌缺血和降低术后病死率,降压效果无显著差异。结论非心脏手术中应用美托洛尔注射液是比较安全和有效的。

| Abstract: | Objection: To explore the safety and clinical efficacy of intraoperative intravenous Metoprolol on patients undergoing noncardiac surgery. Methods: One hundred and twenty ASAⅡ～Ⅲ patients undergoing elective noncardiac surgery were randomly divided into Metoprolol group(M group,60 cases)and control group(C group,60 cases).The effect of the therapy on blood pressure control,heart rate and ischemia relieving was compared between two groups. Results: Thereis no significant difference in baseline data and blood pressure control between two groups. Compared with C group,intravenous Metoprolol could reduce heart rate and relieve myocardial ischemia more quickly. Conclusion: Intravenous Metoprolol injection is safe and effective during noncardiac surgery. |
