构建科学合理的高校课堂教学质量评估体系

全国高校都在进行课堂教学质量评估，但有的以证明评估观为导向，把评估结果作为奖惩依据，使评估目标偏离，引发负面反拨效应。各高校应树立以改良为导向的评估观，把提高教学质量作为评估目的，使评估对象更全面，评估者的参与机制更健全，提高评估问卷的质量，科学解释、合理运用评估结果，增强评估体系的科学性和合理性，实现以评促教的评估功能。
