摘    要:全国高校都在进行课堂教学质量评估,但有的以证明评估观为导向,把评估结果作为奖惩依据,使评估目标偏离,引发负面反拨效应。各高校应树立以改良为导向的评估观,把提高教学质量作为评估目的,使评估对象更全面,评估者的参与机制更健全,提高评估问卷的质量,科学解释、合理运用评估结果,增强评估体系的科学性和合理性,实现以评促教的评估功能。

Abstract:The higher institutes in China are now assessing the teaching quality in class. But some assessments are proof-oriented when the organizers regard the results as the evidence to praise or punish teachers,which disorients the assessment goal and gives rise to many negative backwash effects.
