慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中FasL表达

目的：检测慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中的FasL的表达，探讨HBV诱导外周血单核细胞凋亡的可能作用机制。方法：PCR检测外周血单核细胞中HBV—DNA，流式细胞术检测凋亡，蛋白印迹检测FasL表达。结果：30例慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中共检出HBV—DNA阳性24例，阴性6例。阳性组凋亡率为（38．14±5．23）％，阴性组凋亡率为（22．37±6．47）％，两者比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。阳性组FasL表达明显高于阴性组。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单核细胞中FasL高表达可能参与HBV诱导外周血单核细胞凋亡。

Expression of FasL in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of Chronic hepatitis B

Objective： To detective the expression of FasL in peripheral blood mononuelear cells（PBMC） of Chronic hepatitis B（CHB） to study the mechanism involved in peripheral blood mononuelear cell apoptosis induced by HBV. Methods： HBV DNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was deteetived by PCR, FCM for apoptosis and western blot was used for expression of FasL in PBMC. Results： There were 24 CHB Patients with HBV DNA positive and 6 CHB patients negative in peripheral blood mononuelear cell. The apoptosis rate in positive group was （38.14±5.23）%,where negative group was （22.37± 6.47）%.The expression of FasL significantly increased in positive group than negative group.Conclusion： Over-expression of FasL in PBMC of CHB maybe involved in PBMC apoptosis indueed by HBV.
