猕猴消化系统各器官蛋白水解酶种类和性质研究

摘    要:目的 研究太行山猕猴(Macaca mulatta tcheliensis)消化系统各器官蛋白水解酶种类和性质。方法 采用单向活性电泳(1D-G-PAGE)和双向活性电泳(2D-G-PAGE)技术。结果 (1)消化系统各器官的蛋白水解酶在近中性条件下活性最强,其中94,86,64,59和25kD蛋白水解酶在消化系统各器官中普通存在;(2)消化系统各器官均具有31,30,和29kD3种酸性蛋白水解酥

Abstract:Objective\ To study the kinds and properties of proteolytic enzymes in digestive system of Macaca mulatta tcheliensis. Methods The 1D G PAGE was mainly employed. Results (1) The most active proteolytic enzymes exist in neutral condition and 94,86,64,59 and 25kD proteolytic enzymes all exist. (2) Three kinds of different proteolytic enzymes 31, 30 and 29kD exist in different organs of digestive system.(3) On the condition of pH7 0, 12,34,18 kinds of proteolytic enzymes with different MW or pI exist in stomach, pancreas, duodenum respectively. (4) On the condition of pH10 5, 21 and 12 kinds of proteolytic enzymes with different MW or pI exist in pancreas, duodenum respectively. Conclusions There are many kinds of proteolytic enzymes in digestive system of Macaca mulatta tcheliensis, and proteolytic enzymes likeness exists between the organs with similar structure and similar functions.
