| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨主动脉夹层的MRI表现和特征,评价MRI对主动脉夹层定性诊断和临床价值。方法:收集并分析36例主动脉夹层的MRI及临床资料。结果:主动脉夹层MRI表现为:真假两腔及内膜片;主动脉夹层的内膜入口;假腔内附壁血栓;主动脉主要分支受累;胸腔积血。结论:主动脉夹层具有特征性MRI表现,MRI是诊断主动脉夹层准确、无创及全面的检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study MRI appearances of aortic dissection(AD)and to evaluate the diagnostic and clinical value of MRI. Methods: MRI findings and clinical informations of 36 cases with AD were analyzed. Results: MRI appearances of AD were as follows: The true and false lumina and the intimal flap;The leak of intimal; The mural thrombus in the false lumina; Affecting the branch of aortic; Haemothorax. Conclusion: AD had its own specific manifestation on MRI. MRI was an accurate, non-invasive and comprehensive method in detecting AD. |
