| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对110例特重度烧伤病人诊断治疗经验总结,进一步提高严重烧伤病人的救治水平。方法:在尽力抢救每一个特重度烧伤病人的同时不断摸索和总结严重烧伤病人的系统救治方法。结果:110例特重度烧伤病人,治愈108人,死亡2人,治愈率98.2%,有伤残者4例,伤残率3.6%,伤后12小时内入院并充分接受SPI治疗者(A组)与伤后12小时以后入院并未能充分接受SPI治疗者(B组)比较,并发症的总发生例数(P<0.05)、创面愈合时间(△P《0.002)和死亡加伤残率(P< 0.05)均有显著性差异。结论:特重度烧伤病人的冶疗难度很大,伤残率较高,不能单靠某一种方法或某一种药物治愈,必须具备系统观念(systematic idea)、预防观念(preventive idea) 以及治疗个体化 (individualize) 观念 (简称为SPI观念),同时灵活运用烧伤知识和临床经验,方可提高特重度烧伤病人治愈率,降低伤残率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the experience in the treatment of patients with severe burn, in order toimprove the treating method. Method: 110 patients with severe burn were treated in our hospital, the results were analyzedand the experience summarized. Results: 108 out of the 110 patients were cured. Conclusion: Patients with severe burncan not be cured by a simple treating method or by one drug. They must be treated under the guidance of SPI accordingto our clinical experience. |
