| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对二级以上医院临床输血管理的情况调查，发现和提出临床输血管理中存在的问题。方法 随机对全市21家二级以上医院临床用血情况进行调查分析。结果临床输血管理制度不健全．不统一，不规范。结论 尽快建立健全临床输血管理机构，规范输血行为。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate the situation of clinical blood transfusion management in second - class hospitals, to explore the problems in it and find its solutions. Methods Investigate and alalyse the situation of clinial blood transfution of 21 second - class hospitals in Huizhou City by random. Results The management system of clinical blood transfution is not perfect,unitary and standsrd enough. Conclusions It's necessany to establish the institution of clinical blood transfution management,and make the blood transfusion conform to the standard. |
