| 摘 要： | 胃癌肝转移是胃癌临床治疗中较为棘手的难题之一。研究显示，这部分患者的5年生存率不足10％。胃癌肝转移治疗方式的选择目前仍然存在较大争论，I晦床多为联合治疗，作为单发的小于5cm的肝转移瘤．手术切除是良好适应证。但符合这样条件的患者只是少数。本文从胃癌肝转移手术方式的选择及其疗效以及预后因素分析等方面来讨论胃癌肝转移的外科治疗。

| Abstract: | The development of liver metastases is a fatal event for gastric cancer patients, and remains a major cause of cancer-related death. Many studies showed that the 5- year survival rate is as low as about 10% in these cases. The management of liver metastases from gastric adenocarcinoma remains controversial. The different therapeutic modalities used are surgery, radiofrequency ablation, hepatic arterial infusion and palliative gastrectomy. Surgery is a good indication for single liver metastasis of gastric carcinoma less than 5 cm and not associated with another extra-hepatic metastasis. In this article we discuss the role of surgery in the treatment of liver metastases from gastric cancer. |
