| 摘 要： | 目的：调查不孕症患者的述情障碍状况，并对述情障碍的特征及其与焦虑情绪的关系进行探讨。方法：采用多伦多述情障碍20个条目量表中文版对170例不孕症患者及88例正常对照组进行述情障碍状况评定．以状态一特质焦虑量表评定不孕症患者与对照组的焦虑水平。结果：不孕症患者的述情障碍量表总分及因子1的得分明显高于对照组，不孕症患者的状态焦虑和特质焦虑水平均显著高于对照组，经相关分析发现不孕症患者的述情障碍程度与患者状态、特质焦虑存在显著正相关。结论：不孕症患者存在高程度的述情障碍，伴有高的状态和特质焦虑。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate alexithymia and its feature in patients with infertility,to explore the relationship between alexithymia and anxiety in them.Methods: 170 patients with infertility and 88 healthy persons were administered TAS-20-C and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for evaluating their alexithymia and anxiety level.Results: The total scores,factors scores and anxiety level in the patients with infertility were significant higher than in the control group.There was significant positive relation between alexithymia and anxiety in the patients with infertility.Conclusion: There are higher alexithymia and higher anxiety in the patients with infertility. |
