| 摘 要： | 目的 为了提高逼尿肌无反射型神经原性膀胱患者的手术治疗效果。方法 对 9例逼尿肌无反射型神经原性膀胱患者采用改良膀胱腹直肌间置手术。手术特点为将腹直肌外侧 1/ 2肌瓣与后鞘交叉缝合 ,使膀胱真正置于腹直肌之间 ,以加强膀胱排尿功能。结果 术后患者排尿情况明显改善 ,并发症少 ,随访 6～ 36个月 ,疗效满意。结论 改良膀胱腹直肌间置术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效显著的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the surgical effect of the patients of neurogenic bladder with detrusor urinae. Methods: 9 cases of neurogenic bladder with detrusor urinae were performed operation of modified bladder-rectus muscle interposition. The 1/2 lateral rectus muscle was cross-sutured with posterior sheath to locate the bladder within rectus muscle so that to enhance micturition functions of bladder. Results: The micturition function of patients after operation improved obviously with little complication. The curative effect was satisfied after 6~36 months follow-up. Conclusion: This modified operative method might be more safe and marked curative effect with few complication. |
