某院医疗工作质量评价与分析

目的对医院近6年医疗工作质量进行综合评价，了解其变化趋势，为医院管理部门提供客观、科学的决策依据。方法选用某院2003--2008年度完成的10个有代表性的医疗质量管理指标，采用综合指数法对指标进行合成，得到该院近6年综合评价值。结果评价结果与医院6年来实际情况相符，医疗综合质量呈逐年上升趋势，2003年医疗综合质量最劣，2008年医疗综合质量最优。结论综合指数法计算直观、应用方便，在评价医院医疗工作质量上具有综合性、可行性的特点。

Evaluation and analysis of quality of medical work in a hospital

Objective The quality of medical work in a hospital has been evaluated comprehensively in the past six years, so as to understand the trend for the hospital management and to provide objective and scientific basis for decision making. Methods In the past six years from 2003 to 2008, 10 representative indicators of medical quality management in a hospital have been chosen to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value, with the composite index method for synthesis of the indicators in the hospital. Results The evaluation results of the actual situation in the hospital for six years of consistent and comprehensive quality health care showed an upward trend year by year, with the worst comprehensive quality health care in 2003, and the best in 2008. Conclusion The composite index has a feature of intuitive calculation and easy application in evaluating the quality of the hospital with comprehensive medical work.
