| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方安神液镇静催眠作用并与复方枣仁胶囊作比较.方法:采用抖笼换能器法、翻正反射法观察复方安神液的镇静催眠作用.结果:复方安神液高、低剂量组能抑制小鼠的自主活动强度,明显延长小鼠戊巴比妥钠阈上剂量睡眠时间,增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠引起的小鼠入睡数.结论:复方安神液具有较明显的镇静催眠作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the sedative-hypnotic effect of the Compound Anshen Liquid(CAL) by comparing that with CZC.Methods: The jiggle cage test and the turning reflection method were used to detect the effect of drugs.Results: In the groups of both high and low dose of CAL,the spontaneous activity of mice have been reduced.The sleeping time below threshold dose of sodium pentobarbital,the sleeping number of mice were observed to have increased.Conclusion: The CAL possessess considerable effects of sedation and hypnosis. |
