阴茎癌84例手术治疗分析

目的：探讨阴茎癌的手术方式与愈后的关系。方法：通过对84例阴茎癌的手术治疗及3--15a的随访。结果：随访76例，3a存活65．8％(50例)，5a存活38％(29例)，10a存活31．6％(24例)，15a存活率23．7％(18例)。结论：阴茎癌手术治疗时间与预后有密切关系；阴茎部分切除术应距肿瘤至少2cm以上断阴茎，淋巴结的清扫范围应根据临床和病理情况做具体处理。

Surgical theraphy for 84 cases of penis carcinoma

AIM To study the relationship between surgical theraphy and recovery of carcinoma of penis. METHODS 84 cases of penis carcinoma surgically treated and followed up for 3 to 15 years.RESULTS 76 cases were followed up.Survival rate was 92%. A-mong them survival rate within 3 years was 65.8%(50 cases),within 5 years 38%(29 cases),within 10 years 31.6%(24 cases), within 15 years 23.7%(18 cases).CONCLUSION In treatment of penis carcinoma the time of operation and the level of recovery have close re-lationship.Penis should be resected from the tumor 2cm away at least in the resection of part penis. According to the circumstances of the clinical and the pathological the range of lymph cleared away should be specifically handled.
