| 摘 要： | 44例急性黄疸型肝炎及19例肝硬变病人血清 APoB 水平检测结果表明:两组肝病患者血清 APoB 含量均低于正常人(P<0.01),异常率分别为56.8%和78.9%,较常用的肝功能检查敏感。因此在临床上可作为反映肝功能的指标。

| Abstract: | The serum concerntration of apo-B were measured in the patients with acute jaundice hepatitis and those with hepatocirrhosis.Both groups had significantly lower apo-B concerntration than the healthy control(P<0.01) . The abnormal rates were 56.8% and 78.8% respectively.The result of comparing apo-B measurement with some other tests shows that variation of srrum apo-B level is more sensitive in reflecting function,especially in hepatochrrhosis group,than the other liver function tests. |
