多发性骨髓瘤患者血清肿瘤坏死因子和增殖诱导配体表达临床意义

目的研究多发性骨髓瘤（MM）患者血清内增殖诱导配体（APRIL）蛋白水平，并分析肿瘤坏死因子α（TNPα）的台量，且与临床治疗发病与预后的意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法，检测37例MM患者血清APRIL水平与肿瘤坏死因子，（TNFα）的含量，并与25例健康志愿者作了对照。结果MM患者血清APRIL和慨水平明显低于健康对照纽（P〈0．01）呈负相关。结论MM患者血清APRIL水干和TNFα与对照组存在着显著的差异，提示APRIL及TNFQ检测水平与MM患者发病及预后有关。

The Clinical Significance of Serum TNF and APRIL Expression in Multiple Myeloma Patients

Objective To explore the APRIL protein level in serum of multiple myeloma（MM）patlents and analyze the content of TNF-α and the significance of clinical treatment morbidity and prognosis. Methods Apply ELISA method to detect serum APRIL level and content of TNF a of 37 NU patients and make comparison with 25 healthy volunteers. Result The serum APRIL and TNF α levels are significantly lower than the healthy control group（ p 〈 0.01 ） and shows negative correlation. Conclusion Serum APRIL and TNF α levels of MM patients have significant difference with control group and it suggests that APRIL and TNF a detecting levels relates with morbidity and prognosis of UU patlente.
