普拉睾酮在晚期妊娠引产中的应用

用普拉睾酮０．１ｇ加入５％葡萄糖液１０ｍＬ内静脉推注，ｑｄ×３ｄ，ｄ４用缩宫素２Ｕ加入５％葡萄糖液５００ｍＬ中静脉滴注，连用３ｄ，对１０８例（平均年龄２５±ｓ３ａ）宫颈评分＜７分的足月孕妇引产。并与单用缩宫素的４３例（年龄２４±３ａ，缩宫素的剂量、方法同前，一般资料有可比性）作比较。结果：普拉睾酮加缩宫素组在引产成功率、促宫颈成熟度方面高于单用缩宫素组（Ｐ＜０．０５），用药后出现正规宫缩所需时间亦短于单用组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。不增加难产率。

Prasterone in inducing labor in late pregnancy

One hundred and fifty-one gravidas in late pregnancy with Bishop scores of cervix ripeness<7 underwent induced labor. They were divided into 2 groups. Group A (108 patients,age 25±s 3 a) received prasterone (Pra)0.1g in 5% glucose 10 mL iv qd×3d. On d 4,oxytocin 2 U in 5% glucose 500 mL, iv, gtt qd×3 d was given. Group B(43 patients,age 24±3 a) received oxytocin 2 U in 5% glucose 500 mL iv gtt qd×3 d only. The general conditions of two groups was comparable.The result showed that the success rate of induced labor and the degree of cervix ripeness in Group A were higher than those in Group B(P<0.05).The time needed to induce uterine contraction was shorter in Group A than that in Group B(P<0.01). Pra did not increase the rate of dystocia.
