感染控制教育对ICU医护人员洗手依从性的影响

目的探讨医院感染控制教育对ICU医护人员洗手依从性的作用。方法临床观察ICU医护人员在进行感染控制教育前后1周，医护人员洗手的依从性，同时记录选择流水洗手和应用健之素手消毒液的比例，分别观察教育后第1、5、9、13周的依从性情况。采用提醒方式后，观察洗手依从性。结果在进行感染控制教育后，洗手依从性增高。选用免洗消毒液洗手的比率升高。教育后第1、5、9、13周，依从性呈下降趋势。采用早会提醒后，依从性重新提高。结论ICU感染控制教育和免洗消毒液可以提高医护人员洗手依从性，反复加强感染控制教育，有助于洗手依从性的保持。

The effects of infection control education and jianzhisu hand Disinfection-Solution on hand Disinfection Compliance in an Intensive Care Unit

Objective To explore the role of infection control education and jianzhisu hand Disinfection-Solution on the improve of hand Disinfection Compliance in an Intensive Care Unit. Methods Observe the change of hand Disinfection Compliance in 1 week before and after infection control education, and the propor- tion of water-washing and jianzhisu hand Disinfection-Solution using. The hand Disinfection Comphance were noted during 1,5,9,13 week respectively after the education and 2 weeks after the reminding methods were in- troduced. Results There were increasing on the hand Disinfection Compliance and the choice of jianzhisu hand Disinfection-Solution in an Intensive Care Unit after infection control education. The hand Disinfection Compli- ance were decreasing gradually in 1,5,9,13 weeks. Reminding could improve the Compliance. Conclusion Infection control education and jianzhisu hand Disinfection-Solution could improve hand Disinfection Compliance in an Intensive Care Unit, the emphasized repeat could keep high Compliance.
