| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨视康冲剂治疗视神经萎缩的作用机制。方法 将 30只小鼠随机分为 3组 ,各 1 0只 ,分别为血虚模型组、视康冲剂小剂量组 ( 5 .0g kg)和视康冲剂大剂量组( 1 0 .0g kg) ,于失血前后和给药 7日后分别取血测血红蛋白 (Hb)及红细胞 (RBC)计数 ,采用t检验比较各组间的差异情况。结果 视康冲剂能升高失血性血虚小鼠Hb及RBC ,给药后视康冲剂组与血虚模型组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。结论 视康冲剂有一定的补血作用

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the mechanism of ShiKang infusion in treating optic atrophy.Methods 30 rats were randomly divided into there groups,which were anemic modol group, minimum medicine group(5.0 g/kg) and maximum medicine group(10.0 g/kg).The Hb and RBC in the blood before and after loss of blood and after 7 days when the rats received oral administration were tested.The results was analysed and was compared between groups. Results Shikang infusion could increase the Hb and RBC in anemic rats with blood lost.Conclusion Shikang infusion has the effect of enriching the blood. |
