| 摘 要： | 本实验以膜片钳技术记录了Ｔ淋巴细胞钙依赖性钾通道电流，发现黄芪皂甙（１００μｌ／ｍｌ）可使ＣｏｎＡ激活的Ｔ淋巴细胞钙依赖性钾通道开放概率增加、开放时间延长、关闭时间缩短，单独不能激活通道，说明黄芪皂甙可使活化的Ｔ淋巴细胞内游离钙增加，并使钙离子内流的驱动力增强。这对于理解黄芪皂甙提高免疫力的机理具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Ca2+- activated K+ channels were recorded on mouse T-lymphocytes using patch-clamp technology. It was found that Astragalus saponins(AS 100μg/ml)might enhance the open-probability,prolong open-time of channels and reduce the close-time of them.Single AS could not ac-tive the channel.This result indicats that AS may raise[Ca2+]i nevel of Concanavalin A in activated T-lymphocytes and increase the driving force of Ca2+entry.It is very important to understand the mech-anism of AS enhancing immunity. |
