摘    要:目的:探讨核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(AgNORs),p53蛋白在胶质细胞增生和胶质瘤中的表达。方法:运用免疫组化和形态半定量技术,对胶质细胞增生和星形细胞瘤分别标记AgNORs(37例),p53蛋白(33例)的表达。结果:AgNORs,p53蛋白在胶质细胞增生和Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤以及Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤中的表达存在差异性,各组间统计学处理P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:AgNORs、p53蛋白可作为鉴别胶质细胞增生和Ⅰ级星形细胞瘤有用的参考指标,两者表达随着星形细胞瘤级别增加而增强,具有正相关性,能较好地反映星形细胞瘤的恶性程度

Abstract:Purpose To explore the expression of nucleolar organizer regions (AgNORs), p53 protein between the proliferation of glial cells and human gliomas. Methods Immunohistochemistry and semi quantitative analysis were used to study the expression of AgNORs and p53 protein in 33 cases of the hyperplasia of glial cells and gliomas. Results It was found that the levels of expression for AgNORs in glial cell prolerferation and I grade astrocytomas were different and that the statistics difference were significant in various grade gliomas. Conclusion The expression of AgNORs and p53 protein were useful to defferentate hyperlasia of the glial cells from I grade astrocytomas. On the other hand, in the more grade astrocytoma, the more expression of AgNORs and p53 protein were been found, which could reflect the degree of malignancy to a certain extent.
