| 摘 要： | 选用水浸应激必中疡小鼠、乙醇或乙酸所中疡大鼠，研究泮托拉唑钠口服给药对胃酸分沁及胃蛋白酶活性的影响。当泮托拉唑钠剂量为２、６、２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时对水浸应激性胃性胃怕小鼠具有明显的保护作用。剂量为１、３、１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时对乙醇或乙酸所至大鼠溃疡显示显著的拮抗作用和良好的治疗作用泮托唑钠且有抑制胃酸分泌以及降低胃蛋白酶活性的作用。

| Abstract: | Pantoprazole sodium (2,6,20 mg/kg) exhibited significant protective effect against gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress in mice, a dose of 1,3,10 mg/kg showed significant antagonism and good therapeutic effect for the gastric ulcer induced by alcohol or acetic acid in rats. It also inhi bited the gastric acid secretion and the gastric proteinase activity in rats. |
